  1. The notary’s uncommunicative and unresponsive demeanor further compounded the issues. Rarely answering calls or emails left me in the dark about the progress of my notarization, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. The lack of timely and clear communication reflected poorly on the notary’s professionalism and commitment to providing transparent services.

  2. The notary’s office itself contributed to the overall unprofessionalism of the experience. Poor management and a lack of privacy, coupled with a chaotic and overcrowded waiting area, highlighted a lack of attention to the client experience and further diminished the credibility of the notary.
